A delicious new treat just moved into the neighborhood, Love Puppies Brownies. They just opened their shop on 101 West Keonig in that new strip center next to Backyard Salvage. Although, it is not a commercial storefront you can order brownies and pick them up from there. The mouth-watering brownies are available for purchase at many nearby businesses though. You can snag them at: Antonelli’s Cheese Shop, Torchy’s Tacos, Rosedale Market, Wheatsville Co-op and many more!
I first read about Love Puppies in the Austin Community Impact, which did a nice feature on the owner and chef, Joel Haro. I had almost forgotten about the article when I was at Torchy’s a couple weeks later and saw the brownies sitting there next to the register. I remembered and thought: Oh, I need to try these! I grabbed a Peanut Butter Nutcase and I have to say it was absolutely heavenly!
They have 7 delectable flavors; Make Mine a Double Chocolate, You Mocha Me Crazy, Peanut Butter Nutcase, Hunka Hunka Burning Love, Who Cares about Dinner Mint, Trailer Park Chic and Kentucky Screwdriver. I can’t wait to try them all!
